The masterclass is built for a single board. The certificate opens the same competency to individual directors — non-executive directors, committee chairs, and aspiring directors — who want the credential and the network without waiting for a whole-board engagement. The cross-company format is a feature: directors learn from how peers in other sectors are handling the same oversight problem.
